This inspection is conducted in regions affected by recent disasters. It will cover the occupancy status, but the primary focus will be on the condition of the property and any associated damages. The report will include comments on the extent of visible water and roof damage, along with an estimated cost of the damage. Visible damages will be documented through photographs.
